A surprisingly braid-free Lauren Conrad went shopping in LA yesterday before getting dressed up for her LA Candy book launch party. Most of her former costars were absent, but Lo was there for a champagne toast to support her BFF and fitness buddy. Lauren's already thinking of turning her books into a TV series and she talked to us about who she'd want to play the lead. LC also recently revealed she's working on reviving her fashion line as she fills up her newfound free time with all her projects.
