People Magazine has just unveiled their 2006 Best and Worst Dressed list. This year America's sweetheart Jennifer Aniston has been crowned the best dressed! But for the first time, she was picked by the readers, not magazine editors. Jen was titled, "The Natural." Based on the amount of email requests for Jen's outfits and accessories we were not surprised to see her win the #1 spot. Other best dressed winners include, Halle Berry, Jessica Alba, and Eva Longoria. Here's more:
“She has a fashion sense that is very accessible,” said Sporkin. “She wears jeans and T-shirts and blazers. She dresses like a regular person, and her evening wear, if you were going to an event, you would think you could really dress like her.”
For the men, singer Justin Timberlake was named “Trendiest,” and English soccer star David Beckham looked best in “jacket and jeans.” George Clooney took the honor of “best monochromatic” look.
“He’s the new Cary Grant,” Sporkin said of Clooney. “All these men are men who really pay attention and care about how they look.”

6Not a Jen fan, but what is fab about her is that she is always totally tailored. She finds things that flatter her figure and wears clean, well cut lines. She's an "every woman" kicked up just a notch. I don't think I've ever seen her in a total fiasco. Having said that, I think maybe she's "too safe" and I'd love to see her spice things up just a bit once in a while.

29I think her style has been better in previuos years. This list inlcudes Long Horia and Simpson, so, it is not an honour to be on it. I like Mr Blackwells list.

31I'm not the biggest Jen fan either, but she really is so very stylish. Very low key, and understated, but she always looks good. They've got it exactly right...her style is easy to imitate on a small budget. You can find a lot of pieces that look like what she wears at the Limited and H & M. I have a pair of dressy shorts that I call my "Aniston shorts" that I paid sixty bucks for at the Limited...whereas she probably paid $600 for hers! LOL

43I think she deserves to be on the list because she (or her stylist) picks clothes that flatter her, and her clothes can be copied by a regular person-who were the ones deciding to put her on the list anyway.
44she is a great dresser, yeah there are stylists but you are not forced to wear certain clothing, the final desicion is the 'stars'. If that was the case their would be no 'bad' outfits!

She's got interesting style...I do find it a bit bland. She's a safe dresser and she always looks nice, there's just very little edge to her.

47I agree with the American people that Jen does deserve to be the best dressed. She is much more mature in everything she does including her fashion. She may be famous, but that doesn't mean she has to dress TO GET attention all the time.

48Thank God it was an online-poll. Because for a second there i thought that people at “People magazine” lost their minds. In US should be created a new law like: “Jennifer Aniston could not be allowed to any online-poll”. Because of “not objectivity of her fans”.
What’s could be the subject of new poll on People magazine?
I know – “Should Jennifer Aniston be nominated for Oscar for her incredible performances in Rumor has it or Derailed?” I’m sure – 60-70% will vote – YES.
Or – “Is Jennifer Aniston better person that Mother Teresa?” – no doubt – 90% will say yes.
Or “Should Jennifer Aniston be voted as america’s new President?” – of course. She is, like, so kind and nice. Why not...She’ll do better than George.
‘Should Jennider Aniston get the Nobel Prize for Peace?’ – of course. Because there were a rumor that her money from Nike will go to charity. Now isn’t she the most compassion and kindness person in the world because of that? Don’t have doubts – 90% of the voters (her fans) will say YES.
My point is – media should stop this circus. If this decision would be made by some professionals – at least it would be a little fare. But please... This title should sound like this: “Jennifer Aniston fans think that she is best dressed’. And not like “Jennifer Aniston dresses best”. Because every single person knows that she won not because she DESERVES it or EARNED it, but because her pity fans took all their efforts and were voting for her like nuts. Other’s celebrity fans didn’t care about it that much and didn’t vote. She is almost 40 but she dresses to tight shorts and tight little shirts (like teenagers like to dress) sometimes. How class that can be?
Who have any doubts that if our beloved “triangle” didn’t exist, then our favorite victim would not even be in that list? And it will never end. People still, after 2 years, don’t see in her Jennifer Aniston, the person. They still see in her Jennifer Aniston, the one that was dumped and is the victim. Truly... do you look at her and see Jennifer-person, or Jennifer-victim? I don’t even know how she is in real life. Because she always plays in public her role. I want to see her. But it always “Rachel in sorrow” look. And it will never stop. If people will stop see in her victim – on that same moment they will loose interest in her. Maybe she should disappear for year or two and than will show up with some good new role in big movie that people will talk about. Of course... that will never happen as we all know.
P.S. Of course, as you can see from my gravatar, i’m not objective too. But ask yourself – are you objective? When you praise her awful movie roles, when you say that Vince is pretty (of course, if he would date A.Jolie you would call him monkey, fat, ugly and all that stuff. No doubt about that)?
