i'm mostly worried about "breaking dawn" - thats my favourite book outta the whole set. the role has gone through so much Evolved & then completely transformed into something spectacular by the end... engaged, married, then a mother & Vampire... I don't wanna see K-Stew killing that character!

Kristen is awesome and a talented actress She's not a typical cookie cutter actress who just wants to be a star. She takes her craft seriously as we can see by the dedication she's putting into Joan Jett. Most actresses would have wimped out and worn a wig. She's hardcore and i love her for it.. She's got a long career ahead of her and i can't wait to see what she does next. I'm really looking forward to the Runaways.

I've defended Kristen for a long time, though I really don't know why anymore. It's a shame that so many young girls are watching her every move right now because she's in no stretch of the imagination a good role model by the way she conducts herself (classless and seemingly stoned half the time) and by the way she looks (classless and seemingly stoned half the time). She would argue that she's not trying to be a role model, but as a young actress in the public eye, it's part of her job to conduct herself in an appropriate manner because there will be impressionable young people that want to emulate. The "I don't give a crap what anyone thinks" attitude is stale and not working for her, and will probably kill her career in the long run. She's an example of why people in Hollywood should not produce offspring. She's grown up too fast, is already jaded, and apparently thinks she's invincible. She needs a reality check...and apparently so does Rob Pattinson if his feelings for her are what so many say they are.

people are always going to be inspired by celebrities, regardless of how old they are. so it is true that kristen stewart needs to be a little more responsible about her actions. if she would prefer not to be judged on her behavior than perhaps she should fade from the spotlight. the same goes for robert pattinson, too.

I saw her in Adventureland, and I thought she was great. Really, really good. I have never seen the Twilight movies or read the books, so I don't know about all that. I do know that she is a actress who is very internalized, but still has a lot going on in there. She doesn't mug for the camera, and I think that is a good thing.

We all know that she smokes, but there has ever been any comment or proof that she is stone or drunk unlike Lindsay Lohan , Drew Barrymore, and Amy Winehouse. Lindsay Lohan even had to go to rehab. Kristen's co stars always gives her praises . Just check out the commentary portion of The Cake Eaters and the interview they did with Ryan Reynolds and Jesse Eisenberg. She will do very well in years to come and haters are just upset cause she's with Rob and will be earning a lot of $$$.

She didn't eff up 'Twilight' - too many of those godawful lines simply were not meant to be spoken aloud. Go ahead. Try it. You'll see... "And so the lion fell in love with the lamb." wtf? That said, I actually liked 'Twilight the book; in spite of the simpering cheese, there was a good story there. And since the books pretty much go downhill from there, let's just say, it doesn't bode well for the rest of the films.

Joygirl,yes the actresses that you mention are good actresses but the role requires for TEENAGER JOAN JETT and I can't think of any teen actress who can do this role rather than kristen unless your a Disney girls fan

I think Kristen is refreshing, I love that she's awkward and weird and not just another over-tannified, bubbly starlet. I think people forget that a lot of times, actors are really reclusive and introverted when they're not performing. She did the best she could with the sh*tty script of Twilight (her chemistry with Rob was amazing and made the movie) and I think she's perfect for Joan Jett.

Kristen is not a role model, She is an actress. If you want a role model then you need to search else where. She will do a brilliant job on the JJ movie and other movies that she chooses. Yes, I'm really excited to see her do different roles. She is an actress after all, and from an interview that I watched of her she seemed beyond thrilled to get this role. I wish her luck and from the looks of her haircut she is certainly trying her best to get into character for this role.

I am a Kristen Stewart fan, as I think that she's a great actress. I feel sorry for how she is so disliked. However, is she a good role model for young Twilight loving girls? Not really. I think this type of role suits her more. I am a twilight fan but I have to say I think there could have been a better Bella- but now that she is Bella I can't picture anyone else playing the part.
