22If Nicole Richie doesn't go to jail, all hell will break loose. I have a few friends, well, not really friends, but who cares, anyway, who got 2 DUI's, and went to jail. If she doesn't go, there is def something wrong with CA's judicial system. It's mandatory, and she admitted to being high! WTF! How can she fight that? We'll see what happens.

28I think Lindsay is staying in rehab to make herslef appear to be more responsible and apologetic for when she gets called into court. And Nicole's pregnancy to stay out of jail, that is straight from an episode of My Name Is Earl. Hilarious.
29That link said it depends on work commitments, but she could still be in rehab on her birthday. Maybe she really is taking it seriously. Of course, like Paris getting out of jail, it really depends how Lindsay acts once she leaves rehab. Altohugh, if she doesn't go partying the night she gets out this time, then she's already doing better. I guess we'll have to see what happens.
