For the second year in a row, Taylor Swift was the darling of the CMT Awards in Nashville last night. She took home both Best Video of the Year and Best Female Video for "Love Story" whereas last year she won both awards for "Our Song." Even with all eyes on adorable Taylor, Brad Paisley once again walked away with a few statues. Kid Rock also won the Wide Open Country Video award for "All Summer Long" and in his acceptance speech said, "I was supposed to thank two people and I already forgot who it was. . . I think this award has something to do with creativity, and what's more creative than a stripper pole on a pontoon boat?" Check out the winners here and all the photos from the big night below.

2i guess taylor is taking some of the attention away from carrie these days huh? oh well. it's great that she's so successful at her young age and we can hope that it continues as she gets older

4I never got the Carrie thing I mean granted I never really listened to her music but Taylor's music is so cute and catchy that I actually have her cd and I don't listen to country at all.

6Hmm..I've never understood Taylor's appeal. She doesn't have a good voice, in fact I kind of find it annoying. To each their own. Good for her, though.
7I really really love taylor. She's really a great artist. I admire her for her brilliant talent both in singing and songwriting.
I can't wait for her next cd... hope they release it soon.
I'm sure there'll be more awards for her these coming months and years.
