Summer is just around the corner, but Whitney Port was the portrait of springtime strolling around NYC in her floral dress yesterday. She was spotted with a couple of girlfriends, but they weren't the same faces we came to know on the last season of The City. Making some new buddies wasn't an accident for Whitney — supposedly MTV hired a few party girls to help stir the pot on the show's second season.
