Lucky. Us. Ryan Reynolds scored the cover of Entertainment Weekly's Summer Must List issue, and the photo shoot included some seriously smoking shirtless shots of the man. Ryan still might be most well known for his ab-tacular role of Van Wilder, but with his X-Men: Origins movie coming up and The Proposal out this weekend, we might just have to consider him an all-around leading man. An all-around leading man with a six pack we love to look at and a sense of humor that makes us swoon. Here are highlights from the article:

  • On being called a sex symbol: "If you take any of that seriously, you need to be euthanized, ASAP. There are moments when you can use that to your advantage. But it's really embarrassing. I think I fear more than anything just sounding like a complete a--hole when I have to answer that question."

I never walk away from a take and pat myself on the back. You always walk away going, 'Dammit, I should have tried this!' It's that possibility that keeps me coming back for more."
