This is such a joke! She's only even in rehab at all so she'll get a cush sentence when she finally gets indicted and has to face the music for breaking multiple laws.

If she hadn't been caught by the cops she'd still be doing lines off her steering wheel and getting paid to wave at the paparazzi outside of clubs.

She's proven that beyond being unreliable, late and unprofessional w/in her career, she is now uninsurable on a movie set unless she agrees to submit to random drug testing. Supposedly the reason why she got bounced off of that Keira Knightly movie and replaced by Sienna Miller is because she refused to submit to random drug testing.

I really hope she's in it for real this time...

WOW...Lohan looks really good here. Those 2 girls appear to be real friends...haven't seen a genuine smile from Lohan since, I don't know, "Life-Size". However, I'm not really sure what to make of the field trip. Maybe she's earned herself a free day to just hang out a burn some energy. But whatever rehab is doing for her, keep it up. Girlfriend is look very, very healthy and happy!!!

Promises seems more like a resort than an actual rehab. Even that dude Jason from the Hills went to a more hardcore place & he was complete swine. I highly doubt that she'll remain sober when she leaves but I could very well be wrong. I think she just loves the attention to much. That is why she leaves the facility to go to a gym & workout outside when you know there is a top notch gym at P.

I'm glad she is looking happy and healthy. I really am rooting for her because she has the talent and potential to make it really far as an actress.

Yeah I have to agree with girl6. I jus don't believe the hype. Not that I want her to stay coked out I jus don't have much faith in her

I used to really not like her at all. However she SEEMS very dedicated to recovery and that is something to be proud of. I even heard that she extended her stay to focus on getting better. I hope for her sake that it does stick and that she takes away some very important lessons from recovery.

I certainly haven't missed the LL posts. Because its just a free for all for everyone to bash her, including Pop. The break has been nice. I wish her well too, she's very talented.

Jesus, did I step in on the LL fan club? What kind of REHAB lets you check out for a day to go to the frakkin beach? Especially when you have a spotty history of sticking to your guns and leaving early or pretending that you're OK and sipping vodka out of water bottles and snorting coke post-rehab. Get real!

She's never going to recover unless someone puts their foot down as says "listen little girl who have to stay put until your rehab is finished" like everyone else, then they should press charges against all the bars and restaurants that served her underage ass in the first place.

Hey at least she STAYED at rehab this time! It's definitely special treatment that she gets to check out for the day, but she's doing something healthy and normal for a normal nearly 21-year-old California girl... hanging out at the beach with friends. She's been there since Memorial Day, I think it's OK. She still has to face the consequences of her car crash and whatever was found in that car, but maybe rehab will work for her this time.

Roodles, good call about the bars and restaurants. In most areas, the clubs and the other establishments that are known within a community for serving underaged drinkers are monitored, raided, or tested using an underaged patron sent in by the authorities. This needs to happen in LA with much more frequency -- celeb clientele or not.

Also, people need to stop drinking and driving. If people who live within the confines of an average budget can pay for public transport, taxis, car services or designate a driver, then certainly someone earning millions of dollars per movie role can have her bodyguard/driver chauffeur her around. People wouldn't be sitting around saying she looks healthy and her hair looks nice if her actions had been identical, but her luck had run out and she had hit a car full of people instead of a tree.

She's been dangerously irresponsible for some time and her DJ friend pulling into that gas station with LL asleep, mouth agape providing those humiliating pics to the media might be the best thing to happen to everyone on (and off the side of) the road since the invention of air bags and ABS brakes combined. But sure, her hair looks great.
