brangelina are not very good parents. they certainly don't spend enough time with their children on a consistent basis.

I like Brad, but a movie about baseball strategy and politics is not so interesting to me. I'm sure it'll get picked up by another studio. Soderbergh and Pitt may be too hard to pass up. And what's the deal with the comments about parenting? For f*cks sake, stay on the subject.

What ? if Brangelina are bad parents for not spending enough time with their kids, what are the 'normal' parents, you know the ones that constituted 99,99 % of the world and the american society, the ones who work from 9 to 5 at minimum, sometimes combining two jobs, as welll as single parents ? Monsters who should be checked for their parenthood skills ?

I guess all in here who are parents are bad parents according that same logic since they spend their spare time on the internet criticizing other parents who spend 100 x more times with their kids that they do with theirs.

Oh, and probably those criticizing the amount of time Brangelina spend with their broads have been illraised by both of their own parents who probably spent more time working than taking care of them. No wonder that their uneducated kid turned adults are now spouting nonsense on parents who spedt at least 6 months a year taking care of their child day and night.

99,9999 % of men don't even have the luxury of spending 1/10 of the time he spend with his kids, with their own kids. Throw them in jail, since they are baabsolutely despicable parents !

This is apparently a highly unusal move by a studio so close to the films start date. They didn't read the script until Friday? Is this Amy Casals woman close friends to his EX? Just wondering.

Studios waste money on Big Stars like Brad. Just hire Chris Pine or Bradley Cooper for half the price and better acting and be done with it.

Brad couldn't care less if this movie never gets made. He still walks away with his $15 million up front and gets to spend the summer in Miraval with his family.

Wish somebody would pay me $15 million for doing nothing all summer long.

#11 really should read stories before commenting. The studio didn't back out because of Brad but because of the script. These "Brad and Angelina are bad parents" are stupid. Nobody knows how the kids are raised so why people act like they do is baffling. Entertainers spend more time with their kids than the average person. Celebrities work whenever they want. Brad didn't work for six months and Angelina didn't work for 14 months before Salt. They also have the luxury of bringing kids on to sets, concert tours, etc. Most non-celebrity kids grow up in households where both parents work a minimum 40hrs a week, 48-50 weeks a year. Or they live in single-parent households where, in many situations, see one parent only every weekend or every other weekend. If that parent is in their life at all. I also don't understand why people only have a problem with only Brad and Angelina when most celebrities work just as much if not more than they do.
