Beyonce Knowles smiled big in NYC yesterday at a press conference for Show Your Helping Hand, a new campaign that aims to raise money for hunger relief. She wrapped things up and changed into all blue for an evening out with Jay-Z that ended at Avenue Bar. It was a rare date night for Jay-Z and Beyonce while she's on tour, but he also joined her on stage on Sunday evening before she's off again tomorrow for a show in DC.

i like her outfit for the event but i'm kind of confused about the pants that she has on for her date night. oh well. at least they look VERY happy together.
1She's probably only doing this for publicity because the media backed off of their attention to her and Jay-Z. Beyonce' could careless about the hungry.
2The question is could she look anymore fake in that photo? Beyonce just bugs me these days.
3Her face is just plain gorgeous
4she looks lovely...nice couple
5Wow! She always looks amazing!
6And of course, she's working her Ruthie Davis shoes!!
Jay-Z is wearing his normal gimp outfit
7She looks like a wax figure in the left picture. But I love her top....very cute.
8she's glowing, so gorgeous...
9but those blue pants are too much!
hate the pants, super fug like her husband...and I agree, she cares about the hungry like she cares about the old members of Destiny's Child
10So fake! She ran and called this cause, after Alicia Keys and Wyclef won Humanitarium awards. She wasn't the main event that night. So she made sure to take care of that problem.
11Next year she'll be getting an award.Remember my words, she
is such a jealous and self centered copy cat!
YOU ARE MY HERO !
12I'M YOUR BIGGEST FAN AND I WISH I COULD GO TO ONE OF YOUR CONCERTS . I LOVE YOUR CLOTHES AND YOU ARE MY IDOL
People, people, people everything Beyonce does lately is FAKE. What next, when she has Jigga's baby it'l be fake to?. Shut up and stop being jealous cause jealousy makes you look damn nasty.,. And ugly
