Kristen Stewart was back to work on The Runaways in LA yesterday. She arrived in one of her favorite tank top combos before getting decked out in leather again along with Dakota Fanning, who was in her Cherie Currie costume. Kristen's next few weeks will be all about channeling Joan Jett, but the New Moon publicity machine is already gearing up — a new cover for the book was just released in anticipation of the film's arrival in theaters this November.

i asked my dad who she was supposed to be--he said Joan Jett. that is a sign that she's good for this role. but i have 2 admit, this picture scared the crap out of me when i first saw it.
