*sigh* I was hoping she wouldn't make it to Popsugar. Lilsugar is understandable but why is she on Popsugar? I like Kate but she isn't a celebrity...I know she has a reality tv show and all but she wasn't on here the past six years her show aired so why now?

I am so sick of seeing this selfish woman who claims she hates attention prancing around in high heels on errands and bikinis when she knows she will be photographed. She is so desperate to keep her lame self in the news...how sad. Her body doesn't look that great, especially since she has has had surgery to improve it. Also, the hats she has taken to wearing look more ridiculous than the weird hair style she has. Get over yourself Kate...because guess what? No one is perfect, with or without plastic surgery. Expecting them to be simply because they got a tummy tuck after popping out 6 kids and perhaps getting her boobs done (which has not been confirmed at all....) probably just to reduce sag from aging or breast feeding 6 kids.....

If it weren't for the boobs, I'd say she has a guy body. She has no hips, her shoulders are too broad, and she hunches over. More than that, her body language is always so angry. If she wants to wear a bikini, fine. But I wouldn't call it prancing, I'd call it Stomping around in a bikini.

Your breasts can deflate or go flat after breast feeding 1 kid so it really doesn't matter how many she has breast fed.

People are allowed to get plastic surgery...I don't see why its such a big deal that she had a tummy tuck and the possibility of a breast augmentation. Although in recent other bikini pictures her breasts don't look augmented.

Also, even if she didn't breast feed any, the changes pregnancy puts your body through are probably enough for some women to want a breast augmentation to bring things back to the way they were before.

She admitted to having her boobs done (just a lift, supposedly), a tummy tuck, and getting her teeth bleached. In all honesty, she popped out eight children! Let her get some work done! Do you know what that does to your body?!?!
