2I think she maybe talking about the media, I don't know...
She's referring to the way the media and public will react if the autopsy determines his death was possibly caused by something extraneous I think.
3I think she's referring to the public's reaction once the autopsy confirms that he did indeed die as a result of drugs, or from some sort of foul play.
