Anne Hathaway shared a steamy kiss with her boyfriend Adam Shulman earlier this week while out in NYC. Her pup Esmeralda was her companion of choice on Wednesday, though, for a stroll around her neighborhood. Both outings were brief breaks from rehearsing for Twelfth Night in Central Park, which opened last night. Anne's performance is already earning her raves, proving that the Oscar nominee can strut her stuff onstage too.

Anytime I've seen her interviewed, she just seems like the most natural, darling, coolest young woman. And super talented, of course.

6There are so few actresses in her age range with actual acting talents that it's very refreshing to see someone who deserves it get recognition. It happens far too infrequently in Hollywood these days for me. And she doesn't bother with any huge PR campaigns or staged photo ops--she just goes about her life. I really don't see anything annoying about her.
Glad she is getting such rave reviews on stage. That's a very tough thing to do (especially in the theatre capital like NYC). Looking forward to seeing her as Judy Garland in 'Get Happy'--I've beens really impressed by her unexpectedly solid singing voice.
7Shannolyn & little k, I agree wholeheartedly ! Anne H. is incredibly unique- she is not a "media wh*re", she is sophisticated , highly intelligent, and her talent is her primary focus. Plus, she has proven in the past few years that she is one of the most gifted performers of her or any generation.How many brave souls would perform on SNL , Academy Awards, or on a NYC stage in a span of one year- without breaking a sweat & receive rave reviews.. Julia Roberts (worst Broadway reviews ever!) , Denzel Washington, Helen Hunt, Julia Stiles, Michelle Pfeiffer, all had problems conquering the NYC Stage. Can George Clooney , Brad Pitt, Keanu Reeves , Will Smith, Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, or Katherine Heigl do Shakespeare @ the Park? Heck No !
Most actors cannot conquer every medium- Anne is one of the select few that can pull it off. Because she continues to explore her artistry, Hathaway will be around for a long time.

10I saw her in Shakespeare in the Park last night- what an amazing show! She really does a great job and has a fabulous voice. If you are in NYC, it is worth the wait for tickets!
