Diddy brought together a handful of musicians, including Usher, Chris Brown, Boyz II Men and more, to record a song in honor of their friend and inspiration Michael Jackson. In less that 24 hours they wrote, recorded, and put together this song as more tributes to the legendary artist pour in. They are all clearly touched by their loss, but we're wondering if you think they could have taken more time to reflect before releasing this track. Let us know your thoughts — love it or leave it?

love it but why did they have to include chris brown?
1Really Nice. We all were affected by him, one way or another. This was just respectful enough.
2Ok...This is way worse than when P Diddy did "I'll be missing you" and bit off The police. Also, why include a wife beater? Lame.
3This seems rather rushed, and yea, I could also have done without Chris Brown being included in this.
4Love it or leave it all depends on where the proceeds of this song are going. If it is just going in their pockets, then the rush to get this song out makes me want to leave it for sure.
5Diddy & Usher? More than okay. Chris Brown? Adds less to this because of what he did.
6I think it's nothing but fitting. There are so may parallels between Chris Brown and Michael Jackson, from musical talent to personal scandal, but for me, it's all about the music and entertainment. I'd much rather here this now than all the crude, disrespectful jokes being told only a day after his untimely passing.
7it's just not a good song. We need REAL talent to pay tribute to Michael Jackson. Tina Turner, Diana Ross, Whitney Houston, Mariah, etc...
8I agree with anonymous above me, but I think this song sounds okay to me
9This was TERRIBLE! The "I'll Be Missing You" tribute was SO much better. I feel like they were just racing to be the first.
10Yall are al;l hating..Because they do the same thing for all artist that really had an impact on others.Yall dont say anything before when it was done but now yall want to say something.and leave chris brown alone......
11Ugh. Attention wh*res. I guess Diddy figured since the last song he recorded for a dead friend did so well, he'd try again. And why include Chris Brown? Honestly, I can't support anything he does.
12Like it,musicians reacting in the best way they can.My stepson Danny is a iceskater and has a program,Smooth Criminal. My daughter Holly and others did Thriller on ice for a charity at Christmas,-children helping children.Michael has helped people in many ways.So yes its fitting, well done.Heartfelt,as musicians react in the best way they know how.
13Ugh, Chris Brown. But it bothers me that they include people that are not really talented. I think Diddy is a lousy rapper, Chris Brown is awful and overrated. And yeah, to soon.
14None of these musicians are half of what MJ was and the rhyming is just so lame I couldn't listen to more than a minute! It's nice for these musicians to make a tribute like this, but I don't think MJ or Quincy would approve of how "excellent" it is as a song.
15Everyone is going to do a tribute song either way. It's all about MJ so this talk about "real" artist or whatnot isn't right. Because every entertainer out there has a right to do a tribute the way they see it fitting.
MJ and CB are were. MJ was even a big fan of CB he told him so at last years World Music Awards. Where Chris Brown did a performances for him and Michael told Chris he was one of his biggest fans and he's really talented and was happy to meet.
So people can hate all they want but MJ was a fan of CB and everyone in the industry knows that. Who's the first person Celebrities mention when it comes to who MJ influenced Chris Brown, Usher, and Justin Timberlake are the only ones that come up or mentioned. From MTV, BET, VH1, ET, CNN, etc...
If there are going to do a big All-Star tribute w/ today's artist. Don't be surprised to see Chris Brown also on that song.
16I don't wanna listen to anything connected to Chris Brown. Why oh why did they involve him in this tribute? Shame on them!
17*were close*
18you people make me sick talking about money and chris brown. they are doing what they can and get over that chris brown mess every makes mistakes no one is perfect. the death of an icon should open your eyes to that.come on people lets pray for him instead of bashing him.rest in peace M.J.
19what i think!: desperation to use MJ's career to revive a fallen career, this is the first! bound to hear more of useless tributes. If only they had spent the time and effort to help MJ before he died which in fact was not yesterday he died ages ago! Shame he was troubled young man who has added value and importance to pop, sad he is gone.
20I meant MJ's death.
21Yeah, MJ inspired all of them, including that tool JT who copied everything he could. No, i don't like em and next to MJ they sound all awful.
22Truthfully unbeknownst to many, but a lot of today's artist have helped and were helping Michael with his latest comeback and project. Many of these people knew him on a far personal level than we, the public, are privy to know.
23I'm sitting here reading through all of these comments and trying to grasp why the first thing over half of you mention is "Oh my God, shame on them for including Chris Brown." Good God, the man, as someone mentioned above me, was one of his biggest fans. They constantly compare Chris Brown to Michael Jackson and Chris never fails to reiterate this. Sure, the rapping isn't necessarily the best but let's just take this as this is: a tribute to a legend. For all of you who keep saying this is some shameful attempt at making money and raising public interest, you obviously weren't listening to what they were trying to say. Michael Jackson was an innovative man who never failed to break barriers with his singing, dancing, and overall outreach and that inspired millions, especially in the African American community. Jesus, please, just give the rude comments a rest. They were just trying to give their respects and reestablish the reasons why they miss such an incredible and overall irreplaceable figure.
Well, I guess I'm done with my opinion.
RIP Michael Jackson, we love you.
24I don't need to hear it.
Chris Brown is a woman beater
P Diddy will jump on anyone's death to resurrect his career which is O.V.E.R.
Usher womaniser.
NONE of them are worthy
They all make me SICK
25Kinda cheesy but I can understand why they would do it, he was inspirational to all of them so it would make sense to honor MJ in song form. I don't know why they had to make it so damn fast. The fact that it was all rushed takes away from it, let him rest in peace otherwise it will be some Thriller type sh*t up in here.
26They have the right to do it.
27Let them.
But yes, Brown no, no.
Very nice thing to do. Who cares who sang it? All that matters is that it was done to honor someone who was loved and cared about by his friends, family and obviously, his fans.
28this song really freaking sucks. you think they would have taken a little more time on it
29yall haterz need to grow the hell up and get a life!!!! dont judge chris diddy or any1..... . every1 has their own unique style and talents and ways to show their talents . and chris made a mistake ...who the hell doesnt ...we are human !!! its not yall place to judge him anyway!!! i give them kudos for making this song!!!!!.... no matter how fast they did it, it was from their heart. thats all that matters !! its not yall buisness to decide wether or not they had alterior motives... its not yall buisness!!.... and u say that they are being direspectful?... u are the ones that are being disrespectful......because u haterz is trying to be messy and bring something negative into something that was positive and sincere .....on a day thats already sad enough .... grow up !!! they did a perfect job !!
30and u haterz might as well put that mess to rest because there is going to be more and more tributes to come from everyone in the music bizz wether u like them or not.... so get over it for real... be thankful that GOD blessed u with another day!!!! rip mj
Could do without the rapping! The 3 of them together don't have one tenth of the talent MJ had. They have no singing voices, what are they famous for, for talking in rhymes ???
31While the thought is completely appreciated, I feel the song lyrics could have been better. I was hoping that the tribute would be something that honored him more and would make me feel that honor when listening to it, like I'll be missing you.
32Im sure they felt a lot of emotion when they heard of his death. What better way for a muscian to let it out than singing to him?
33I personally think its fine.
It's "ok"..but mj desereved more than this.diddy..usher...? ok maybe ..CHRIS BROWN WTF? the song was downgraded by him.
34I think the idea of a musical tribute is really nice, but I can't listen to the song because it's for Michael Jackson. I enjoyed his music until he started raping little boys. Plus, Chris Brown is an abuser. Totally not my thing either. I can't put aside my feelings because they write a catchy song.
35First off, Chris Brown deserves to be on this just like any other musician that felt compelled to say something. I'm really sick of people acting like Rihanna is soooo perfect. Can I just say, if Chris Brown were my little brother and someone (ANYONE) was hitting him, I say hit them back. Women (and I AM a woman as well) can't have it both ways. Don't ask for equality and then think you can hit a man & not get hit back. DON'T HIT! That's just how I feel. And you know she asked that the judge not grant an order to make him stay at least 10 feet away from her...yeah, she knows what she's done.
Anyway, this was a great tribute although it wasn't as tasteful as I think it could have been. Michael Jackson was the greatest and I think they were just trying to celebrate him. So kudos to their efforts.
Also, there aren't just three artists...Mario Winans, Polow Da Don, and Boyz II Men are also on the track (I mean, who did you think was rapping???).
36It's really sad and and unfair that PopSugar did not mention the main singer in this, the only person that drops ACTUAL VERSES in this song is THE GAME!!
The Game is very talented and it is apparent on this track. MJ is an inspiration to all of these artists, please include THE GAME in this post not just "others", cuz "others" is THE GAME.
But I liked the song, it is touching and hear felt and The Game wrote the actual song.
37OK.....CHILL OUT PEOPLE.
38I personally believe people who keep judging Chris Brown, and saying that he shouldn't have been in this song HAVE NO LIVES. If you all had lives, you would stop judging him. What's done is done. Yes, everyone is entitled to their own personal opinion, but to keep saying the same thing all the time is ridiculous. CB is a HUGE fan of Michael Jackson. You can see this by looking at the tributes that he has done to MJ and the way that he dances. This song wasn't about Chris Brown, it is about Michael Jackson. But some of you cannot even see that because you all are too busy commenting on the fact that Chris Brown is in this song. Goodness! Ignore the fact that CB is in this song and think about who the song is about. PLEASE....
OMG people honestly if u can't appreciated art don't comment stop been close minded a lot artist will come whit there own tribute to the legend MJ "who two days ago people were referring as Wacko Jacko" Remember
39Chria Brown has all the right to be part of the 1st tribute song to his idol Michael Jackson..........BTW for only 24hrs everyone did a great job
40ughhh i cant believe chris brown is taking advantage of the death of michael jackson to make people like him!!!! why would he pay tribute to a singer we all love when we all agree we dont want chris brows work anymore!!
41I meant Chris Brown...............God I'm so mad that i can't spell
42WTH why was chris brown included?
43in less than 24h to make a mediocre job! why ? because they didnt want a great artist to do it before them!! to take advantage of the situation...to include chris brown and make things easy to get him back on the music business!!!
44predatory paedophile has terrible song deicated to him. Whats the big deal lol
45dedicated
46people this is for mj! stop hating on Chris Brown. Talk about him on something else, not a tribute to someone who just diesd. I may hate what he did to his girl but I understand this is for MJ and I respect all three for what they are doing. So can we please just stop hating until next week, or the week after? Not when the man isn't cold and six feet under. RIP.
47MJ was an inspiration to so many and no matter what he did he will be judged by those higher then mortal law, no matter who they may be. I am so saddened by the fact that people got on the web only minutes after it was posted to say they were glad he was dead for what he did. Do they think that they are better people by saying stuff like that? You are not higher then a mans god or a mortal judge. Don't judge before you know everything. I'll miss MJ, no matter what people think he did or no matter what he did.
48While it may be a "tribute," the man died yesterday.....if they release this as a single it'll then seem like a ploy at racking in some money.
49It's not about who is in the song it is about the tribute that was created to honour a legend in the music industry.
I think some people are focusing on the wrong facts about this, it is simply a tribute not a chance to abuse another artist.
