Britney will be joining Cyndi Lauper and gang on her True Colors tour. People reports that Britney's choreographer, Misha Gabriel said, "June 30 at L.A.'s Greek Theatre, she's due to join Cyndi Lauper, Erasure, Debbie Harry, The Dresden Dolls, The MisShapes with special guest Jeffree Star and host Margaret Cho live onstage for the "True Colors" concert tour."
In fact she's been auditioning backup dancers for her special appearance. Those trying out for the spot even got to dance to Brit's new track. One backup dancer said, "It was dope. It reminded me of that one song you hear at 1:50 a.m., when they call last call at a club, and it's the hottest, nastiest song you've ever heard in your life and you've just got to put your drink down and dance to it. You've got no choice. Your body is insisting on it." Sounds amazing. We'd love to hear some new Britney hits - it's much better than reporting on her nights out on the town.

40Good point lickety split. Cyndi Lauper is in her mid 50s and Deborah Harry is in her 60s, and a lot of their original fans are grandmothers now. And yet, they are both still probably cooler than Britney, so she should be grateful they let her on the stage.
41concert again?? i just hope she steps it up this time. no cd skipping, no horrible outifits, better choreography/dancing, and so on. what a let down from those little performances that she gave recently. not even half as good as her old performances. didn't even understand why she had those little performances in the first place unless she's gonna give her fans some new material.

She's nothing but a joke (career and image-wise) when she walks around looking like she has for the past couple of years. When she starts hiring a team of people to assist her with her career (and actually follows their expert advice), I'll start taking her career seriously again. I've heard good things about her album and, as a fan, I really hope that it's all true, but I'm tired of getting my hopes up about her and rooting for someone who insists upon running her life into the ground.
