Lindsay Lohan touched down in LA yesterday, returning from her bikini birthday party in Vegas this weekend. She turns 23 on Friday, and it sounds like she has more celebrating to do now that she's back home. LL has her priorities, though, and her first order of business is spending time with Samantha.
