Jessica Simpson had Ken Paves as her travel partner arriving in Washington DC last night, but she was soon joined in the capital by Tony Romo, who is playing in the Pro-Am golf tournament today alongside Tiger Woods. The QB had nothing but sweet things to say about Jessica when he attended the Yankees' batting practice in NYC yesterday, bringing along with him a 10-year-old boy battling leukemia. While there, Tony talked about Jess saying, "It's a normal relationship. There's nothing exotic or crazy about it. We're two people who care about each other, and it's not hard to make it work when both of you want to see the other one. We make each other happy. We have a fun being around each other. She's a great girl. We enjoy each other's company." Jessica will be there cheering on her man as he tees off today, always keeping him close to her heart with her necklace bearing both their names.

1^^ I keep thinking that every time I see her....she looks great, healthy and all that but I can't help but wonder if she's got a secret....
2That was sweet of Tony. Jess gets a lot of criticism for talking about being happy with Tony and I think a lot of people portray Jess as kind of desperate in her relationships and imply that she is happier with him than he is with her. I'm glad to hear Tony confirm that the feelings are mutual.
