The bottom of that bikini looks like a maxi pad with side holders - it's really thick.

I think it's that she's thin but has REALLY wide-set hips. (Not nit- picking, she's in better shape than I am.)

Who *hasn't* had plastic surgery of this "Hills" crew? Definitely had a nose job--that's what looks so different--I thing the bridge of her nose is smoothed out (didn't she have a little more of a curved bridge?)and the sides slightly narrowed. She's morphing into Heidi...definitely *not* something you want to do.
