I've always thought that Reese did a lot to make sure that people via the media think that she was the wronged party in that divorce. He was ripped apart and she was made to look like a
perfect person. I doubt they were portrayed accurately.

the martyred wife and Ryan like the uncaring cad. And yet somehow they get along better as exes than 9/10 of the married people in H'wood. I suspect it was an ordinary
we-don't-love-each-other-anymore divorce, but people demand drama and the gossip writers are all too glad to provide it.
