Yikes, horizontal stripes Jess? Unlike some negative people out there I don't think she's repulsive or remotely huge but this is certainly not flattering. Not a lot of people could pull it off anyway.

Jessica has a banging body... but I would have thought twice about wearing that particular dress. It isn't so much the horizontal stripes (in this particular case), it's the degree of horizontal stripes that is the problem and the bold colours. If the stripes had been very thin and blue and white or something, she probably would have looked more svelte and like herself. The length of the dress also makes the distortion more obvious. It hits at an unflattering area for that particular design. Otherwise, her hair and makeup are nice!

I have to agree....this dress is hideous on her.

It was a bad dress choice, sure. But those who criticize her figure by saying she's huge or gross, are both delusional and insensitive. She's not small, but she's certainly not huge - she's a normal size, the size of many woman all over the country. There's nothing wrong with different body types and sizes - if people were less judgemental, maybe there'd be less girls and woman with body issues.

one of the most basic rules of fashion is that vertical stripes are slimming and only certain people can get away with horizontal stripes.

this is the perfect example of why you should follow that rule.

jessica has an amazing body but this dress really doesn't flatter her new fuller shape. also the fact of how big she does look next to tiger woods shows how much weight she's put on. i do think it looks good on her though- i watched the 'these boots are made for walkin' video the other night and was shocked at how skinny she was! granted she looked thinner thanks to a dodgy tan, but i think jessica suits having a bit more meat on her bones. she just needs to now learn how to dress for her shape and realise she shouldn't make the same fashion choices as she used to.

It's not the dress that I mind or that she has put on a lot of weight...but what really bothers me is that I really don't see on her body that she is working out. she looks like a lump...it's like pure jelly...and how come her boobs are so HUGE??

jess is gorgeous and i think she has a great, curvy figure. that's just a bad bad dress for curvy girls. i am curvy myself and wouldn't look twice at that dress b/c i know it'd look terrible on me!
