Rihanna laughed happily yesterday in her mesh flesh LBD during another night out in NYC. She stopped in to a tattoo parlor to get a lesson in inking before happily posing with a few burly guys inside the shop. Rih has multiple tattoos of her own, but it looks like she had a good time testing out her artistic skills and making some new friends along the way.

The story on TMZ is that what she did apparently is illegal in NYC. They are reporting that she will probably be charged for all 3 tattoos she did plus the tatto shop in now under investigation. They could be fined too. Not really as cute a story as Pop is making it out to be.
1*shrug* I still think it's a cute story.
2spider78 -- yeah, I just read something about that on The Superficial. That's the first thing I thought when I read this -- "isn't this illegal?"
Oh well. Hope this little bid for attention doesn't get the shop owners/workers in trouble.
3Her man Chris Brown deserves jailtime.
4I love her hair, she's such a cutie
5Love the second pic.
6I usually hate the way she dresses and the way she does her make-up but she looks really good here.
If you let just anyone give you a tattoo, then more fool you.

8TMZ caption " think before you ink".. ha ha, that was funny..i guess her little attention seeking bubble just got burst..
she needs to find something better to do.. she is getting so annoying!!!!!!!!!
9I guess if her singing career flops then she can be a Kat Von D copycat?
10I'm so over Rhianna. After a few songs, her voice just began to grate on my nerves.
11I luv her hair! So cute! And he style here is fabulous!
12that takes a brave person to let a newbie tattoo them.. i hope htat it came out nicely.
13I love her hair styled like that. Less woodpecker-ish and more chic. She's the best!
