Ashley Olsen is the cover girl for the July 4th issue of Hamptons Magazine, where she opens up a bit about how her life has changed over the years. She talks about being fully committed to her career in fashion and that she prefers to be out of the spotlight, saying, "I’m not an actress. I’m not a public figure or acting as one." When asked if she would ever get back into performing, she said "Never say never." It seems as if Ashley is open to the opportunity, so tell us — would you want to see her get back into acting?

1Acting is over rated and so invasive, she should just live and enjoy her life it's not like she needs the money...

7I think she should stay in fashion where she really shines. And though I never thought either of them were very good, I always thought Ash was a better actress than MK.
8I'm pretty neutral on her fashion vs. acting decisions. But I must say she looks really pretty! She's always been the more polished twin. And I still love watching their old movies like Winning London and Passport to Paris! Those were so cute!

Personally, I don't give a hoot what she does with herself in the future, acting or fashion, whatever.

13i'm guilty of liking Full House and the tweeny movies too, but i really don't think she or MK are that great of actresses. stick to fashion ash, you are much better at it!
14Well I know the acting she did before were teen movies. And they were teens. Maybe now that she's grown up a little she may be a more mature actress. I definitely would give her a try. I think she has excellent fashion sense though so if the acting doesn't work out it's not as if she'll be out of work.
15I have nothing against this girl. However has anyone ever thought for a minute that there are kids at Central St Martins in London, that could and will bury a celebutante like her. as far as fashion design.
16does anyone honestly think that the next McQueen, or Leger is going to come from the ranks of grown up kid stars who are indulging their whims? K-mart yes, Sears yes, Fashion Force as described.....Absurd!
I honestly think both Mary-Kate and Ashley are horrible actresses, but if I were to choose, Ashley would come off on top. She's more believable to me and since Mary-Kate has sort of improved in her acting these last few years (and I do stress, "sort of") I believe Ashley has somewhat improved too. Although, I think Ashley's doing better in the fashion industry and is getting noticed. But I totally wouldn't mind her coming back to the big screen.
