I'd say there is a difference between a woman displaying cleavage, using two-sided tape to make sure the outfit does not become obscene and wearing just tape over a nipple, exposing 90% of a breast.

I think she looks really hot! But I think she would've looked just as hot with a black bra on underneath that blazer. I'm just imagining how uncomfortable it would feel at a party to worry every second that your boobs are going to fall out-oops they already did!
