yes i am watching it
1Definitely watching. This is one of the biggest things I will experience in my life.
Thank goodness for computer technology and KCAL 9.
2Of course, I will definitely watch it. Wouldn't miss it for the world.
3I know it's news, but the man was a paedophile. please stop canonising him.
4No I won't watch it and I won't check out highlights later.
5watching it right now. RIP Michael. Greatly missed.
6I am.
7watching through CNN website
I DVR'd two different stations. I will watch it when I get home.
8not watching is like you fail to know the world..i mean i am not a die hard fan of MJ but to me..paying tribute is the last thing i can do for him..
9rest in peace
the one and only Michael Jackson
I wouldn't miss viewing Michael Jackson's memorial service for anything the world. This is history!!!
10No, I can think of better things to do than pay tribute to a pedophile.
11It's 7.30 pm here in Sweden so yea, I'm watching. It's pretty sad =(
12I am watching it but although i believe he is a great entertainer, i do believe he was a peodophile and im only watching it because my boyfriend is watching it right now
13This is history? This is important? No, it's not... there are much more important things happening in the world... not the celebration of a disturbing man.
14I agree with ihearstyle and Brandi13jrm...............I think Michael did alot for the industry back in the day but he was still a pedophile. I would never have paid $20 million to a childs family if I was not guilty and wanted them to shut up. There must have been evidence that he wanted repressed. There was tons of evidence in the second child molestation case.
But who would want to say they put Michael Jackson behind in prison. As you can see from all the news coverage, most or all of the juror members were probably his fans anyway.
15I will admit that I just tuned in to CNN and Mariah Carey is singing TERRIBLY! Her voice is cracking badly and she keeps holding her right palm up and wigglying her fingers. What's up with that?
16mariah carey seems to have lost her spark, she can't sing like she used to
17I still can't believe what's hapenning. This is so sad
18I don't know why anyones paying respect to a pedophile. I dont care how many catchy songs he wrote, he raped children! Nauseating.
19I said all that to say, if you really are a victim wouldnt you rather see him punished than take the money. Or punished and take the money???? you figure the rest!
20kinda heart break watching "him" lying down there...sob sob sob
21Yes.
22Wish I could but stuck in bio summer class..but definitely will watch highlights when I get the chance. R.I.P Michael..there's was turmoil but doesn't change the fact that I adored him when I was a toddler..he's a part of my childhood
23i mean are you girls sobbing already? i am...god i miss him tho
24I'm watching it!!
25Not watching, won't watch highlights.
26And I hope all of you live a long happy life
I 'm watching it .
27How about, "NO I'm not watching it now OR later!"
28It's an evening, 8 P.M in my country and I'm watching it. Always loved his music, always been his true fan, I've never belived in any accusations. It breaks my heart to witness his funeral. Gone to soon
RIP my beloved Idol...
29Snookyx- It was harsh i apologize...but it just goes to show where some peoples priorities are.
30Nyrina Windu - there is so much more to that case that I can only hope one day will see the light of day. I understand where you're coming from where it "did make him look guilty" but there was a 2nd trial yrs later which had a FULL on investigation evn his private parts were examine as evidence and he was exonerated! Does that mean nothing?
Watching it online right now.
31not interested. he doesn't creep me out any less just because he's dead.
32I am indeed watching. I can't believe he is gone.
33i am watching and i am from Portugal!
34RIP MJ
There is always someone out there who something bad to say. Can they look in the mirror every morning and say I am perfect and have never done anything wrong. It is always so easy to judge others. No matter what your religion, no one in this world is perfect. Micheal Jackson gave us all a gift and that was his music and his dance. I grew up and my son grew up listening to his music and even had the privilege of seeing him in concert. He is also one of Gods children and will be remembered always.
35Yes! Now is one of the moments that I am glad that I am laid off. Recording too! It's really a beautiful ceremony.
36I'm watching right along with everyone else !
37You really need to calm down Liag. You being so upset made it so that you couldn’t understand my words. I would never take money from anyone if they molested my child. I was saying that it made Michael look guilty the first time he paid out money to a supposed victim.
38And why is it, that when someone comments about not liking Michael, his past charges, or disagrees with another member, their comment is deleted? I say leave them here if they’re not disrupting the blog, and the comments haven’t been in my opinion.
39I'm watching right now and its very very sad! All you haters go away you don't know what happened so stfu! All I'm going to say is there's a lot of money hungry people in the world!
40i'm watching it right now on CNN .it's 9.37p.m in my country. i still can't believe he is gone. he will live forever in our hearts. RIP Michael
41Some big mouth woman just yelled down to the stage dring a quiet time...I hope she doesn't do that again, because that was rude.
42Where's the "No - I don't care" option?
43No I'm not watching and I'll not watch the highlights too. My hero has always been Freddie Mercury and he's truly missed.
44It's sad and all...the same way it's sad when anyone dies. I'm not watching, and I don't plan to...not because I have anything personal against him, I just don't care that much.
45Not watching and won't watch the highlights . . . So over it all.
46Watching it along with the world, but also working. kind of.
47ahgerly: "not watching is like you fail to know the world.."
I don't understand that comment "shrug"
I'm not watching because I'm at work. To be honest I'm quite jaded with the extent of the coverage, I don't know if I could sit through hours of the memorial service. Maybe I'll catch something about it on the news later on, maybe not. I guess I "fail to know the world", whatever that means.
48While I agree that MJ is a pop icon, the memorial is costing LA $4 million. California just declared a state of emergency because of their massive budget debt. I have a real problem with the cost of the memorial. Completely fiscally irresponsible. There is a way to donate to the city of LA online to help with the cost of security, etc. for the memorial. If you are watching online or on TV or listening on the radio, I urge you to donate.
49Why is this congress woman up there trying to convince people of Michael's innocent. "innocent until proven guilty because that's what the constitution said"
What! OJ Simpson murdered two people, and he was out of jail by that evening. One little problem in the paperwork or the wording while in court can get you off, especially if you're famous. Everyone knows that. There are different laws for celebrities.
