I would have put my daughter in the swimmy pullups. (in fear of a poop accident) I don't think Nahala is much older than a year - so she can't be 100% potty trained. (although I have heard of some parents training really young) LOL - not my kids!

(but) If this is a public pool - the kid should have a suit on. I would fear all of the wackos who would be looking for the wrong reasons. Unfortunately, they exist.

Sorry, but they are in a public pool and that baby should have on a swim diaper. Babies poop and pee without advance warning. You want baby poop in a pool you're swimming in?

Sorry to have to tell everyone this but those swim diapers/pull-ups don't keep anything in when a baby is wearing one in the water. I don't care what kind of claims the manufacturer makes about absorbancy--it's made of paper not some miracle product. Anything that baby does is going to seep and flow out into the water regardless. In many babies all those swim diapers do is give them a nasty rash.

Ive seen nude babies in beaches and pools before...that doesnt bother me at all. But what I find weird are paps taking these pics and blogs posting them.

Does the baby have any clothes on at all? They should have put the baby on a swimsuit at least, she knows paparazzi are taking pictures.

Ok, regarding the poop - some babies of this age have very predictable poop routines. So if they go in the morning, they are done for the day. This ain't a newborn. By the way, anyone who thinks a swim diaper keeps all the stuff in is not a parent of a young baby

The whole family is so beautiful... it's unreal. Nahla has BLUE eyes with her dark hair and skin tone, what a beautiful baby! Halle always looks great even without make-up. And Gabriel... don't even get me started on him. HOT.

it's great that the family is able to enjoy a day out. Nahla reminds me of the many children i saw in Bermuda. they had beautiful dark skin and blue eyes.

That entire family is stunning! I really don't see the big deal with Nalah's lack of bathing suit, and I can barely see any serious nudity in those photos (perhaps it's the angle). Anyhow, she's adorable and her father is extremely attractive!

Regardless of what a baby's swimsuit or swim diaper may or may not keep in, this is not a private pool. It's still a health code violation and the health inspector can come in and shut this hotel's pool down for testing and/or draining and re-filling. Rules are rules. Feel free to go sans suits with her in their own private pool.

agree with all the creep comments about no bathing suit. people are strange and i would not want my child naked out in public. shame on halle and her dude. they're extremely public people and should know better.

Most public pools have policies of needing to have a swim diaper. I was at a resort pool with my 1 year old and was told she wasn't aloud in the pool without a swim diaper. Its mainly for sanitary reasons. I think when a little child has been created by 2 gorgeous people its hard to imagine anything unsanitary about them!

Nahla is one beautiful baby. I think she may be even prettier than her mom once she gets older. (And I think Halle is HOT!) She definitely has her dad's eyes.

Beautiful family. Nahla is so beautiful already...she'll be stunning when she's older. Halle is one of those people who have a perfect face. One of the most beautiful women. Not much needs to be said about Gabriel that isn't already said in those pictures.

...I'm a Mommy to 2 children (3 and 1) and the swim diapers work for me! ?? LOL - what do you mean anyone who thinks they work, doesn't have young children? (-clearing throat-)

Second, poop routines go out the window in water. The pressure helps aid in bowel movements! When your child is blocked up - doctors advise you to put them in the bathtub. (little trick of the trade)

In a public pool - how gross!

Why are they in a public pool, they must own a big pool at their mansion. Halle always has a look of worry in most of the pics when she realizes the photos found her again! These pics looks more like they are being stalked, as well as the pics posted yesterday. Sad the paparazzi follows their every move.

Halle and Gabriel are one hot couple after Brad and Angie. Nahla looks like her dad, he is so chilled like a cuccumber.

SMH @ people in here making a big deal over the baby not having on a swimsuite. Some of you people will pick apart anything. Get lives alreay. Regardless if thy are in the 'public eye' or not. Why people always need to say something like, "they shouldn't do this and that", "it's wrong", "the baby is nude" . Omg a nude babe... Come on... Freedom is still ON and they didn't invite the paps to take the photos or even us to look at it and made negative comments.
They look stunning and happy, maybe it's hard to just celebrate other people happiness.

Nothing wrong with a nude baby. And swim diapers didn't even exist a few years back and no one got sick form babies not having swim diapers on.

Nude babies and all hell breaks lose because people fearing the pee...as if some adults were not peeing in a public pool with or without having beach clothes on.

I think the reason we make comments about how we think its wrong is because if we were in that pool with our naked child we would be told they need a swim diaper and for them to be able to have special treatment when it comes to that is wrong.
