Lindsay Lohan didn't look too bothered by the lawsuit over her Sevin Nyne tanning formula when she headed out shopping yesterday — in fact, she apparently learned something fantastic. She twittered, "I JUST GOT THE BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT/NEWS I'VE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!!" She turned 23 last week with quite a few parties, but she's still finding things to celebrate. Lindsay seems to live in the moment, though she might have some pangs of regret over the success of The Hangover. She apparently turned down the role eventually given to Heather Graham, which would have been a nice comeback for the actress.

Yeah I was reading about this this morning. If it's true she's dumber than I thought.
1i read both - her twitter and the thing about The Hangover and oh well. i guess sometimes you just don't realize things when they are there for you. think about the movies that she's done that either don't do well or go straight to TV/DVD. (i.e. labor pains).
i do wonder though what the BEST news ever is?

4This chick is in no position to turn down any movie role. Clearly she is not in the business to be an accomplished actor.
5Thank God she "turned down" the role, because if she were in The Hangover and I wouldn've seen it!
I really think she should just kiss the acting goodbye, I can't think of a single reason for anyone to work with her.

8I can not see LL in Heather's role. Heather made the hooker with heart of gold angle seem real and likeable. I don't think LL could have pulled that off
