Paris Hilton is no stranger to dressing for court and yesterday she stepped confidently in to deal with a lawsuit in Miami. She is being sued for more than $8 million for allegedly not adequately promoting her DVD release Pledge This!. During a pretrial hearing she blamed missed calls from the producers on constantly changing cell phones, but that didn't keep her from having to appear yesterday. Things weren't settled after the afternoon, but at least we know Paris is comfortable stepping into court when she needs to.

1that's quite the excuse - changing cell phones. i 'm sure that some deal will be made. i really don't know why the producers are mad anyway - think about the other movie(s) that she's done...they didn't do well even when paris promoted them.

5missed calls because of a cell phone? I'm dealing with a nobody actor right now for work and even he has demanded we deal with his manager. I can't imagine all these requests don't go through her handlers who WOULD have her number. She thinks everyone is as stupid as her!
6She's ridiculous. You can tell she is using the few brain cells she has in her stiff "must keep hand on hip and elbow at an angle" pose in the photo on the right.
7I read the word "strut" as sl*t; same thing in her case...she's a flake amongst other highly insulting adjectives I could use but I won't b/c it's Friday and I'm in a good mood lol
