Paris Takes the Stand in Her LBD

Paris Hilton arrived for her second day in Miami court this morning with a smile on her face. She's scheduled to testify in her defense against the $8 million lawsuit for not adequately promoting Pledge This! The judge has apparently been making light of the case and pushing the lawyers towards a settlement, and we'll see if Paris's testimony will affect the outcome.
