Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez spent the weekend together in Newport Beach, CA, after they were spotted cozying up in NYC. The Yankees lost all three games against the Angels but A-Rod didn't look too upset while out to dinner with Kate. During the day the actress played with Ryder and lounged by the pool in her string bikini. Kate was knocked out of the competition for the hottest body of 2009, but there are still lots of ladies left so be sure to fill out your bracket as round two kicks off!

1I cannot believe she is with yet another man with commitment issues. I wonder if Goldie is proud of the example she set for Kate and how she cannot find a stable relationship. If she didn't have Ryder, I would say "have at it, have fun!" But she DOES have a child and she keeps hooking up with athlete losers. It makes me like her less, and I LOVE her.
2How confusing for Ryder. Uncle Owen, Uncle Lance, Uncle A-Rod... shouldn't she hold off on introducing her bed buddies to her child?
3What goes on behind closed doors is unknown to all of us. A woman with male friends is not going to scar a child like some of you seem to think...unless of course they are shagging right in front of the child, which I'm quite sure she is not doing. Women have women friends that come and go, so why is so foreign for some people to accept that women can have male friends--and some of those come and go, too. There is no substantial difference unless the woman is telling the child something to the effect of 'here is your new daddy' which I'm quite sure she is not doing either. The whole family seems to love each other and get along really well and that's what matters in the end.
4These two seem to be getting pretty serious. Odd.

6well this relationship is true to form for most of KH's past ones. she tends to spend a LOT of time with the person that she's with in a short amount of time and i guess only time will tell on how things will progress for them.
