After a
cleaned up morning, it was another bruised and bloodied afternoon of filming
Remember Me in NYC for Robert Pattinson yesterday. He was joined by his stunt double, who will deal with some of the scenes that result in all the cuts we see so often. It's tough to mimic Rob's good looks, which have become the quintessential image of Edward Cullen; however, now Stephanie Meyer is helping an artist create
a Twilight graphic novel with an Edward character that has a look all his own.

I'm pretty sure Popsugar is wrong. I don't think that is Rob's stunt double. I've seen this guy in other pictures. I think he's a production assistant. Not to mention if he was his double he'd have on the exact same jeans and shirt. His jeans are darker and shirt lighter. Rob's stunt double from Twilight( who looks alot like him) was on set early in production. I saw pics of him when they filmed a fight. He ended up not being used, Rob did the scene.

2I didn't think about that. Probably #1 is right. That is why I thought the stunt double looked nothing like sexy Rob.

5Of course that's his stunt double! Their clothes are the same right down to their shoes! (Not to mention their hair is styled the same way.) The final picture shows that the clothes are identical. How tragic would it look if a production assistant went around dressed identically to Rob?
In answer to the other comment about Rob looking so skinny - there are two possible explanations.
61.) He is naturally skinny, so once he finished working out for New Moon, his body would have reverted to it's natural state. He isn't into sport so he would have stopped working out as soon as he was allowed.
2.) The weight loss is connected to the character he is playing. Rob gets really into his characters, and he is playing someone coping with grief. So it would not be appropriate if he was really muscular, because someone who's grieving wouldn't be going to the gym.
It's not in any criteria that a stunt double has to be handsome, or even look like the star. They just have to be the same build. In Twilight Rob had two stunt doubles. One looked more like him, so he would have been used for closer shots. Whether Rob's stunt double is attractive or not has nothing to do with the job that he's doing. After all, it wasn't that long ago that they were still using men in wigs as stunt doubles for women!

10He is a production assistant, not his stunt double. He has a walkie talkie on his belt and in his ear and a clipboard! Duh! Plus, stunt doubles don't go following the actors around all day like a production assistant does. It was just a coincidence they were wearing similar outfits one day.
