A handful of starlets gathered at the 3.1 Phillip Lim store in LA last night to toast the designer's first full year at the location. Kristen Bell and Rachel Bilson posed with the designer, while Shenae Grimes smiled for the cameras solo. Rachel Zoe brought along her trusty sidekick Brad Goreski as they gear up for The Rachel Zoe Project's second season premiere on Aug. 25.

7i usually LOVE what r-bils is wearing but this time i can't say that i do. i like how kristen looks though. as for shanae, i have to wonder about her sometimes. i'm still trying to figure out what she thinks her role is in LA
