I don't think I would get along with Tom as a buddy, but I think this movie could be really great. Bryan Singer directed not only XMen I and II, but he did the indy greats Usual Suspects and Apt Pupil (which is also about Nazi history).

I think this movie has the potential to be really good, and I don't think that Tom is dumb enough to mix Scientology with his movies. Especially with Bryan on board, I just don't see that happening.

I think she looks great. Confident. So much older than she used to look, which I kind of don't like, but to each their own. And I LOVE THOSE SHOES!

Now that I look at the one pic of her with her hand in her pocket...reminds me very much of Victoria Beckham.

theres something about her that doesn't sit well with me. i mean she dresses too old for her age but its not the clothes, I feel that whatever she puts on doesn't look that great on her. you can throw anything to reese witherspoon, make her wear really sophisticated/ oldy clothes or not she'll be able to pull it of.. with kate, it seems a bit off.

Katie's been so brainwashed, she has no idea who she is anymore. She obviously thinks she's Posh and over 40.

I think she looks fabulous. She's never been one to look too casual so I think it's a reflection of where she feels she is in her life. I love this look on her, and yes she is channeling a little Posh-Spice, but looks fantastic.

I think she looks sophisticated and classy ~ very appropriate for a business meeting. I don't think she looks "old" at all. I see lots of people her age wearing similar clothes for work. Helk, I am a couple of years younger and I wore similar stuff. The color of her pants isn't my favorite however.

I still don't like the idea of Tom Cruise playing Stauffenberg. They should have listened to Stauffenberg's family, when they said they weren't happy with the choice of actor months ago...

I think Tom did a good job in "The Last Samurai" and was very respectful to their customs. Just because he is a bit nutty in real life, doesn't mean he makes movies as political statements. His movie success really speaks for itself...he has been a scientologist since the 80s. Obviously it doesn't interefere with his ability to tell a great story.

Jillness, I agree with you. I don't care about all the flack in his personal life, or if he is a bit goofy. He's damn good actor, and should be shown respect for that.

As for Katie -- I do miss the smiley, young, long hair Katie. She does seem to have matured quite a lot since having Suri... and maybe that just starts to happen when you marry someone almost twice your age. I'm not sure. But I would love to see her in cute jeans, a girly shirt or tee, with a big smile on her face.

(I am a big fan of Singer's work, and I think he will tell this story in a powerful way!)
