Is this 1999? Because Ryan Phillippe looks great (albeit, a little more bloated than his younger days)! He was channeling his inner Men In Black yesterday at an LA Film Festival event honoring Clint Eastwood. He's been looking a little scruffy recently, but we always love seeing him with his amazingly adorable children. Usually when he's alone though, he's pretty blah, so it's great that he's smoking hot here! Hopefully he'll keep it up!
