John Mayer needs to make money like everybody else. I think he is just being social. It's smart to make as many connections as you can, while you can. Maybe he's talking about doing the music for The Lance Armstrong Story.

I think John's hot (obviously). He's cute even when he's sweaty and I love his new album. Those guys were at his concert. It's not like they were all out together. Lance probably was just trying to get gossip about Sheryl Crow, who John's touring with right now.

I think he's just being social as well. I really don't see him as the publicity seeking type at all.

For goodness sake, you guys. it was a show--the Austin City Limits festival. Lance & Jake were there to see the show. (notice their passes??) They are probably John Mayer fans and just wanted to meet him after John's set. John is sweaty from playing hard on stage w/ bright lights on him.

JennaV--Jack Johnson is awesome. He is hot. He can sing real well and his lyrics are meaningful and thought provoking. He used to be a surfer. HOTTTTTT.

i hate his long hair

If he was playing on stage, those lights are hot and some guys just sweat easlily. Nothing you can do about it. The long hair does have to go, but John's music is good music. He's a real musician and something that's hard to come by these days, a real songwriter. He works hard at his craft and you can tell.

Griffin, he does write relatively good music. When he first came to the music scene, he dated JLoHewitt and that tainted him in my eyes. Plus his eyes make him look like a mummy.

John Mayer is from ATL? That's the first I have heard of that. I thought he was from Connecticut. I know in that one vid, they show him performing at the Georgia World Theatre in Athens....but thought that was the extent of it. That's not even Atlanta. What part is he from?

ditto that! The traffic here is HORRENDOUS! It can be 3 in the afternoon and 75 AND 285 will be backed up. For no reason.....just because of sheer volume.

I'm not a huge huge fan of his music, but John has my utmost respect. He is truly talented. I enjoyed his performance at the Grammy's a few years back when he followed a full orchestra to come out and sing, just him and a guitar. Awesome.

LMAO JENNA u just dont know how weird it is for me to hear 285! Yuck! lmao But I must tell u gals that the 285 has nothing on I-15 on Fridays. Everyone leaves there offices and heads straight to vegas and that famous lake people visit out there havasu(sp) or whatever. Plus its a mountian freeway and there are NO side roads unless u have 4 wheel drive.

I remember being in that traffic in Atlanta coming home from Florida! grrrr lol I couldn't drive in that everyday. Road rage anyone?

Traffic, eh? Try anything around Washington DC/Northern VA/MD with the numbers 95 in it. 95, 295, 395, 495... it's awesome. Truly amazing.

You should try the 401 sometime! Death highway that one. I want to take out insurance everytime I must travel to Toronto. Speed limit posted is 100km but you must drive at least 140km just to keep up with traffic.

how fast is 100km in miles? i have no idea why we don't use the metric system here...it makes more sense...

The 91 freeway b4 the 5 is pretty bad to. Thankfully I only have to deal with whats called minor traffic of the 60/215/91 interchange and the 215/30. The worst is when they start building so that they can improve traffic in a already congested area. But I guess that makes the saying true. It gets worse before it gets better.

Sashak,100km is about 60mph. don't feel bad about the metric system we've been using it here since about 1975 or so and everyone still seems to convert to mph, farenheit, or pounds anyways! lol Though it is getting a little better.

Rush hour traffic here (Northern VA) isn't really stop-and-go, it's more bumper-to-bumper at 85 mph. Everyone should try it atleast once in their lifetime.
