I find this very disturbing. Her son isn't even buried yet and there is no "official" cause of death and she's selling the last photos ever taken of him? Is she that hard up for money? ANS and all her syncophants should be ashamed of themselves.

The photos belong to Getty. They probably would have sold them anyway. I doubt Anna Nicole was even involved. Howard probably brokered this. Give the woman a break. I'd hate to find out first hand the "proper" way to mourn a child.

i have no problem w/her selling the pics. its just a matter of business and i doubt she had anything to do w/it personally, her attorney would handle that sort of thing, and the pics would come out eventually so why not take a check for it now? i dont think any less of her (not that i thought THAT much of her to start with).

I think she is probably in desperate need of the money..still no oil tycoon money and Howard's contant presence in her life can't be free and then the Trim Spa money is drying up and the baby's father is no where to be seen. And she has a child to bury. And another one to raise. She is a mess! I wouldn't be suprised if he had mixed some of her prescription drugs with antidepressants... kids do stupid things. and you know by her behavior she has lots of drugs around. I find the selling of the photos disturbing, but when you look at the photo's you can actually see the love she has for her son. It is really touching to see how she is looking at him.

I'm just curious to know how Getty got the pics. Obviously someone in the hospital room who took the pics gave them to him. I wonder if Anna consented to that or not?
Either way, it's so sad to look at these pics...so bittersweet. The happy birth of a new baby and the sadness looking at Anna's son and knowing he's now gone.

We're all entitled to our opinions. And you know I love you Jamers. But I have to disagree with a lot of the statements here.

I feel like I see this a lot and it really bothers me. When someone's husband dies, its amazing how quickly people turn on them. It starts at the funeral with "Do you see how much makeup she's wearing? And her hair's all done up? She must not be that sad." and then if they're still around, a few months later its "What's she doing at this BBQ? How can she be laughing? Guess she doesn't care her poor husband's dead!" and then a few months after that its "How can she even think about talking to another man? What kind of slut is she?" and on and on.

Say what you want, but you probably haven't lost a child. Maybe you don't actually know exactly how you'd feel or what you'd do.

And maybe Ohsuri's right and she put the pictures out because everyone is talking smack about how it must have been drugs. And she wanted people to see her son as he really was.

The new news is that he was on antidepressants and another drug had a reaction to it. Totally possible. Taking aspirin and some stuff can cause a reaction. Maybe he ate something and he was allergic to it. There is a lot of thing that could have happened here.. nothing sinister!!!

I realize this probably sounds crazy, but I'm convinced that Daniel was murdered. I don't belive he was doing drugs, other than his antidepressant meds.

My gut tells me that either the new baby's father or one of J. Howard Marshall's relatives paid someone to poison Daniel or kill him via injection as he slept in Anna's hospital room. In both cases, there would be a clear motive: money and either revenge or elimination of competition for that money.

I find it very hard to believe that Anna herself had a hand in what happened, aside from the fact that she has made several powerful people murderously angry with her, which has put her son in the line of fire for revenge. What better way to get back at the b*tch who stole your money than to kill her beloved son when she needs him most?

(A third theory that I've so far dismissed is that Howard K. Stern is a total freaking nutbar who is engineering Anna's life so that he can eventually marry her and share her ill-gotten wealth. If either the new baby or the baby's father dies soon, Sterns' the guy.)

Fact is Skinny someone could have. She may have given permission like someone suggested the day that was taken, or may have said yes I want this released but didnt have control over the timing.
