I think Brit was giving her mom copies of the 2 drug tests from Promises which showed she had nothing in her system. (She claims she had post-partum depression). She is pissed at her mom for pressuring her into rehab right in the middle of a divorce where she stood to lose a lot, and this is her "I told you so" moment. But honestly, she's right. I'd be pissed at my mom, too!
