I have to agree with most of the posts so far:

a) they are on a 'private yacht'
b) they are a married couple, entitled to enjoy themselves and each other
c) they're not the kind of celebs who get Brad/Angie coverage (and even if they were, I would still think it's their right to enjoy their private time together)
d) that kid is in no danger of anything besides brain rot
