She deserves some R&R after all of her work promoting Public Enemies, which included the not-so-difficult task of frequently posing with Johnny Depp. Marion looks ready to be a contender for our Summer swimsuit competition next year, but for 2009 it's down to Jessica Alba and Bar Refaeli — vote on our final two here!
