Shia was looking serious, brooding and as good as we've ever seen him in a photoshoot for Nylon magazine. He may know how to ham it up for the cameras, but at the core Shia is very serious about his career and himself. In the interview he talks about how much he appreciates the opportunities he's had and what it means to have his dreams come true. Here's more:

It's pretty refreshing to hear such a young star appreciating his fame, instead of taking it all for granted. He may be a relatively new face on the Hollywood radar, but we have a feeling Shia will be sticking around for awhile and even making the PopSugar 100 next time around.

yummy. I cant believe how much this kid has grown up. I still think of him as that sqeaky voiced kid on the disney channel (or was it nickalodeon..i dont remember) I cant wait to watch him grow up even more, Ive got an inkling that shes gonna be a major star. 17I love him!! I love him and Emile Hirsch they are two guys in Hollywood I would lvoe to date. He has that dorky cuteness to him like he could just be so much fun. His breakout role had to be the Disney movie where he was the twin with mental retardation my family and I all sat around and cried as we watched it.
18How anyone finds him physically attractive enough to proclaim him hot beyond me. I find his personality to be suspicious. I can't place my finger on it, but he seems like an *sshole to me. Again, I've never read anything that is asshole-like, but he gives off a vibe.
19I'm not sure when he even became pretty famous...I still remember him in Even Stevens! haha. But I'm glad he appreciates it all, too. It's refreshing to see/hear. Good for him!

40Project Greenlight was the first time I saw Shia.. and he just seemed like such a genuinely nice kid.. so then I had to rent Holes. Goofy but a good kids movie. I have been rooting for him and it is good to see him about to hit super stardom. More power to him if he can pull off being Indy's son and take over the franchise.
