We've never been a fan of Scarlett's nasty nose ring - even when she tries to dress it up. She decided it was time to bust it out again on a walk in NYC this weekend. In fact, this time she paired it with a tattoo (please be fake). Clearly the rebellious teenager still lurks inside her but you would think the fashionista would know better than to mismatch her greens. It looks like some kind of army camouflage gone horribly wrong. Basically we're just confused about what exactly is happening here since it's not pretty and we're so used to thinking Scarlett is one sexy starlet.

1Even when I don't dig her outfits, I still admire her spirit. She takes chances, and I love it.

27I don't understand the fascination with this woman. She is average. This outfit looks terrible. She looks much larger than I think she actually is. Her skin is perfect, I give you that, but nothing else. I just cannot see it.

32Not a big fan, I think she's a bit overrated. She does look dumpy in this outfit, and she's far from dumpy. Her bra doesn't fit her well and she looks all bunched up and drab. But on the other hand, we don;t always look great or wear well fitting clothing. Don't like the septum ring, I prefer nose piercings like mine - a teeny little stud on the right side, but that's a personal decision.

44Very realistic. The nose ring is gross, and the pics are veerrrry realistic. The high-point for me are her shoes: the smushy black flats. Even MY shoes don't look like that!
