Post 21st Birthday Party on the beach, Lindsay Lohan left her new apartment complex, Promises Rehab Center, to do a little shopping in Malibu yesterday. I guess Promises encourages Miss Lohan's recent excursions out of the program to hang out with her friends? Honestly though, who knows what their plan is (especially since she extended her stay) -- just happy to see her looking happier and healthier.

14WTF kind of rehab is she in? I don't get why people forget she drove drunk and had cocaine in her system while she did it. She looks good? I guess.... but, I just don't see her taking this seriously. She shouldn't be out buying iphones, going to the beach, buying coffee.

17I just love Lindsay Lohan but in a way I've been where she is at right now (I was in rehab at 19). Its pretty normal to gain some weight in rehab, I know I did!! I really hope she changes her life around for the better. I know I'm the minority here but I do think she's a talented actress and has a lot of potential. I also read somewhere she's in "transition" from rehab---basically going out into the "real world" again. Again, pretty normal for rehab.

21good for LL - I just hope she can stay away from everything that sent her to rehab - it would be very nice if her mom actually acted like a mom instead of someone that wants to promote herself - she should be the one to tell her daughter come on honey you don't need to go out every night and party - hopefully she (LL) won't be the party girl anymore! everyone knows you gain a little bit when you go to rehab. she is NOT over weight! why are so so obsessed with weight instead of just being healthy? Look at Nicole Richie do you think she is healthy? She is so skinny!

33I think Lindsay looks great. She's not overweight at all. She's always working out and she's toned up a lot. She used to be too skinny with no muscle tone now she's added some muscle and gained a little weight. She looks better here than I've seen her in a while. Her outfit is adorable and even the blonde hair is growing on me.

37I am surprised I haven't seen this yet...doesn't anyone else thing she is taking this extended stay in rehab because she is scared s***less of her possible/probable impending court case/jail time? I think she is staying in there forever to hopefully skew any sentence she might be handed down. She may be in there to get healthy, too, but all of the outside excursions do not add up.
And I agree, the people who are making comments about her weight need to shut up.

49I don't see how some of you can say she needs to watch her weight. She's what you would call HEALTHY. She doesn't need to watch her weight and she's not chunky. We're so used to see stick thiin celebrities that we can't tell what healthy looks like obviously. I think Lindsay is starting to look healthy again, which is good...maybe her rehab stint will actually be a success..and that dress is pretty cute
