Britney was spotted with her bodyguard driving her to celebrate the 4th of July with a mystery man at the Four Seasons in LA. The past few days Britney has been busy expressing herself the old fashion way - a hand written note. On Tuesday, she delivered a bizarre note to our friends at X17 about the umbrella incident pre-rehab. She also included the same message on her official site. Now we have more information about the letter she hand delivered to her mom last week. It was a poem titled Dear Mama. Here's more:
In the poem, Spears lamented “that she didn’t have a mom anymore and she couldn’t imagine a mother doing what she did to her child,” a source told the tab. Spears delivered the verse, along with legal papers, to her mother on June 28 on the set of kid sister, Jamie Lynn’s television show, “Zoey 101.” The two are reportedly also battling over the affections of Jamie Lynn.
“Britney said, ‘Here Momma, I just wanted to see your face,’” a source told Star. “Then she got into her car and drove off. Lynne went into the trailer and broke down in tears.” The CD reportedly contained recordings of phone conversations between Lynne Spears and Britney's estranged husband, Kevin Federline, in which the two are apparently working in cahoots.
Spears is forbidding her mother from seeing her two sons, and in one conversation, Lynne is said to be arranging to meet K-Fed and the boys, and says, “I have to be careful that Britney doesn’t find out!” The recordings were made by a private investigator, according to the tab.

3I don't care how sane you are, if you would hear your Mom conspiring about you with your ex-husband, it would make you paranoid. Yes, she probably needs someone to conspire against her at this point, but as more and more of these things come out, you do wonder. IMHO, anyhow.
4I don't wonder at all. From all accounts, including Britney's own, Lynne tried to work through her first and get things resolved and at some kind of an agreement. I don't blame Lynne a bit for using KFed to see her grandkids, and she knows what the retaliation will be if Britney finds out, so she wants to keep it quiet.
Now granted, Lynne helped create the monster that is now Britney Spears. But Britney's made her bed, she can lie in it.
5It's sad that her mom had to conspire with Kevin to be able to see her grandkids, but Britney is more concerned with herself than what is good for the kids.

9I love that Britney won't let her mom see the kids "while under the influence of any medication" but apparently has no problems boozing it up until all hours herself, then coming home to the kids. Assuming she ever goes home.
10It all seems very childish on Britney’s part, very high school. Maybe this is part of her rehab? I thought one of the steps was forgiveness or apologizing or something, not continued accusations.
11Oh yea, in California it's illegal to record conversations without all parties consent. If that recording exists, Kevin can probably get some more leverage in the divorce proceedings with the threat of filing charges against her.
At this rate, X17 staff might need a restraining order the way she stalks their paparazzi.

Hey, I know I shaved my head and flipped out in front of dozens of cameras, but that five minutes where I beat the crap out of an SUV with an umbrella? That was TOTALLY for a part I was researching. Then I went back to just freaking out in general.
15I think it is so sad that Britney is intent on putting her family drama on display. There is nothing she won't exploit for more media attention! Bringing paparazzi to deliver that letter to her mother was just disgusting.

16LOL Greggie... hard to distinguish what part was rehearsing a character and what was just plain crazy.
I doubt her mom would file a complaint for the recordings because she'd rather repair the relationship, but Kevin has no shortage of examples to question her fitness for full time custody that she seeks.

Kevin seems to have always put the kid's best interest first. Britney trying to keep her kids away from their grandmother, Shar and their stepbrothers and sisters is NOT in the kids best interest. She chose to have kids with him and his "other" family, she needs to accept that they will always be apart of her kids lives.
Everyone seems pretty normal in this situation...except for Brit. She is the only person who is behaving like a madwoman, changing in front of paparazzi, leaving crazy messages on her website, writing to paparazzi.

37I have never been a fan. However, I think anyone that goes through a divorce and is a single parent is going to have a long road to recovery, and she has to do it in the public eye. No matter what the age of the person, it can be difficult to make the best choices. It seems she does not have a lot of people really being honest with her or looking out for her best interest. I think there is more to it than just a spoiled brat trying to get her way. I truelly hope she finds a way to pull her self above this mess and be a great parent and feel good about herself whether she has a come back or not. The most important role she could focus on at this time would be her role as a parent. Who cares if the world loves her as long as they do!
