Congrats to Grey's Anatomy for taking the top spot and beating out CSI last night. Looks like Must See TV is headed to ABC! We could not wait for this season to start and the only complaint we have about the show is how they market it. How can the promos say this is where you go to feel good. I never feel good after watching Grey's. I always cry. No matter what.

Poor Izzie was mourning Denny's death like all of us. The gang took turns trying to get her off of the ground and out of her prom dress. Derek and George bonded while avoiding the plague. Addison dealt with 14 year old mothers - how scary. Miranda had a heart breaking story with Steve Harris from the Practice. The Chief faces issues at home. And of course no Grey's episode would be complete without Meredith dealing with drama. Once again Meredith must choose between Derek and Finn. Dr McDreamy finally broke down and told Meredith how much he loved her and we have a feeling it's not too late for them.
Other highlights from last night - We loved the flashbacks. Watching the gang at the cocktail party was brilliant. My favorite part was when Christina geeks out over meeting Dr Burke for the first time. Also the part where Addison and Derek are fighting at their home with the rain - love it. Makes us want to hate Addison all over again.
Yeah for Grey's!!! Welcome back and congrats on beating your competition. We had no doubt they would crush CSI.

I LOVE GREYS ANATOMY!!!! however, last nights "premier" was a disappointment
1i totally think bailey's story line was supposed to mimic denny's death- like she thinks it was partially her fault... anyone else?

2Yes it didnt really answer the questions that I wanted answered...but it is still such an amazing show..i agree though, hardly an episode goes by where i dont cry(kinda how i know that its still good, samething goes with movies, if i cry, its a winner!)

4yea i think her part in yesterdays show was kinda showing here softer more emotional side(which i like) plus in the previews how she distances herself from Izzy.(btw. i LOVED her dress)
5It was such a good episode, and i was suprised to see Derek finally realizes he loves her! Now its on...FIN wants to get to the ring before Derek! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
6I've decided that I like Addison more than I like Meredith. I think McDreamy is a snot! Why did he even get back together with Addison to follow skinny whiny Meredith around?! UGH!
7I also like Callie and George together. I hope Izzy gets better, although I'm rooting for Alex to come around. Sandra Oh's character is really growing on me too. I couldn't stand her last season.
Yea shes a good actress, she is the tough chick, but really she loves Burke, and its so cute!

I love McVet. And I am getting tired of McDreamy. He has totally used Meredith.. not telling her he was married, not picking her when he needed to make a decsion, using her friendship to stay close enough to perpetuate her infatuation, calling her a wh*re, proving it by screwing her in the exam room at the prom and then saying "you need to make a decsion so I can." Give me a break.

The flashbacks were great. I love this show.
11I was underwhelmed with the opener. I mean, they had the PLAGUE in their hospital! And the only one who seemed to care was Bailey, who I really can't figure out why she is so upset.
And the thing with the Cheif's wife. Who just barges into her husbands workplace and demands that they retire, right then or they're gone? Come on now.
I love this show like these guys are my best friends, and I truse that things will be better next week.
(On a side note, did anyone watch the Fray's how to save a life music video at the end of the "episode" before the opener? The girl in the hat the the cheif is consoling is Addison. Weird.)
12That is a flash of an upcoming episode. Obviously Addison is going to need some consoling. And the chief has been a long time friend. She thought her husband was committed to giving them another chance. And then she finds panties in his pocket. That is f'd up. And its not like she doesn't know who they belong to.. and she has gone out of her way recently to be nice to Meredith.. so I really hate the direction they are taking this. Why go out of their way to get people to like Addison to then re-rip her heart out this season..
And yeah.. that was weird with the chief's wife... how can you not understand that a possible outbreak of the plague might override you wanting him to retire. And where was Meredith's concern that McDreamy and George might have the plague?

13I thought it was awesome you can't expect to get an entire episode in one season. But the end was awesome Mc Dreamy finally came around. Now the ball's definetly on Meredith's court.

However, McDreamy did tell Addison that he actually loved Meridith (In the Christmas episode) and McSteamy told her that her marriage was over. Addison knows McDreamy loves Meridith weather or not Addison found her panties.

16I don't believe for one second that this show will beat out CSI in the long run. Don't get me wrong Grey's is certainly the show of the moment but CSI shall again reign supreme.

27i mean apparently one channel aried the wrong episode cause a bunch a people i know saw episode two fox made a mistake and aired the 2nd one while abc aired the 1st one or it might not have been fox but one channel aired the wrong episode and it cause a lot of problems anwyas i don't know the whole stroy but yah it was a pretty stupid mistake
