saw this on TMZ and to be honest, i'm not surprised. a lot of teens and people her age seem to think that they can keep things private but what we should all know by now is that NOTHING IS SACRED and if you take photos - they will get out.

Not surprised at all, like Zivanod said seems suspicious that the pictures are leaked as soon as her movie is about to hit the theaters, coincidence i think not. Its sad that people seem to think its okay to take naked pictures of yourself and then release them a couple of days before your movie hits theaters to get publicity. Awurbill, we're living in the digital age. If you give someone a photo, you'd better expect them to reproduce it as they see fit, unless it's copyrighted. Once you put something out there in a digital format (a nude photo or video) you can't really get it back. It's always out there.

These pictures were taken before the others were leaked. People who have seen the pictures admit that she still looks young. She was a minor!! Get over it. Calling someone a skank and other deragatory words make you sound immature. For this to happen to anyone is very cruel. She was the one betrayed she didn't do anything wrong here. How can you really prove that above poster? by saying she "looks" young? Honestly Vanessa always appears young looking to me. That's the way Disney likes them to appear so they can work them long hours but still be able to have them play to a young audience. In my personal oppion I think Vanessa looks much older in these photos, they seem quite recent to me. Now, I believe that it is Vanessa's choice if she wishes to take photos of herself for her significant other, though when you take on a career like hers. These picture look old. As CM213 said, the razr was popular a few years ago so these photos were probably taken before the last nude photo scandal. And I feel like people are being too quick to judge her. Many of us have sent sexy photos to boyfriends/husbands. It's not her fault some dbag released them. Was it stupid? Yes. But she was young and people make mistakes.

It has been confirmed that these images are from 2006. She is not dumb and she did not repeat the same mistake. These photos were taken before her nude photos were released. The person that got a hold of the images and obviously had these ones tucked away somewhere and decided to post them when her career started to boom again. Yes, Vanessa is older in these pics but they were still part of the same batch of images the person accessed. There is nothing new about these images. Somebody is set out to ruin her career. Not only that but those images are child pornography and unless people want to start getting lawsuits they should probably remove them.

It's not child pornography, in any event it would be underage porn. she is 16, not 9. Regardless, there are no depictions of sexual acts anywhere, and child/teenager nudity is not illegal. Look it up. We just prefer not to publish pictures of 16, 17 year olds looking too provocative, or undressed, but that doesn't make it child porn.
In any event, there is nothing wrong with giving/sending someone pictures of your hot body. It's a form of foreplay. The sick ones are the ones who released them for profit.
