Kristen Stewart was back at a LA medical building earlier this afternoon, wearing a backpack as she walked to her mom's waiting car. We often see Kristen tooling around town in her Mini Cooper, but this time she was in the passenger seat as they went on their way. Robert Pattinson was behind the wheel of his own car this morning when he was spotted after an alleged visit to Kristen's house. Many people are curious about the duo's romantic status, but they're trying to be discreet about any possible hangouts as usual.

3That totally looks like the truck that was parked ouside Charlie's house in Twilight. During the 'commentary' by Catherine, Kristen, and Rob, when they first see the truck, Kristen says something like, "how did my truck get in the shot?" and then someone says, "now evryone will know what you are driving!" And Charlie was only seen driving his cruiser in the movie, never that truck.
4i like that they are being so secretive about things - but trust me - no one would mind if KS and RP came out in public with things.
5What would the tabloids have to talk about if Robsten came out?? It would take the hot air out of their daily bulletins. What I'd like to see is Kristen with some other dude, any other dude. HA, imagine the screeching we'd hear then.
6I love her simplicity.. I love to see how she is always comfortable with her clothes.. In an interview from Vanity Fair, Kristen said, she dresses like a normal teenager, just like everybody else.. She really is a simple gal.. Love her..
