It has always stunned me that a parent would smoke around or allow anyone to smoke around their child when it is that young. Why? I understand that it is an addiction and that the child is going to see it sometime so why not now, but really? Do you want to expose them to anything more than what they are already going to get (bad images, secondhand smoke, the idea to smoke)?

Kids are cute, I have to agree. I just feel for them. I've read way too much on her parenting skills (or lack thereof) and it just makes me cringe.

I like that she's spending time with her kiddos...but smoking near the baby is horrible. Also, why does she need to wear that outfit with the kids? (why wear it AT ALL) But especially with your kids? YUCK. She is getting trashier by the minute.

While I'm glad she is spending time with her kids (and they are cute) she could at least put clothes on them and not just diapers! I think that is so gross. At least a pair of shorts over the diaper!

I actually don't think she looks that bad, and I'm glad she's spending time with her boys but come on, don't smoke that close to them! The bodyguard was there to watch the boys, so she easily could've walked away to smoke.

I have absolutely no doubt that these pictures are set up and that the photographers were given access to the area.
