There has been a ton of talk surrounding Tara's chest [0] which seems to be getting smaller. Tara is not one to admit to plastic surgery, and while dining at the Ivy (looking very put together and carrying a hot Jimmy Choo [1] bag), one photographer decided to just come out and ask the big question directly.
