Reese was looking typically pretty leaving a salon in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon. She's been spending a lot of low key time by herself and with her family these days, but come fall she's going to be back in high promotion gear (and alongside her ex Jake) for Rendition. It was just announced that the movie will premiere at the Toronto Film Festival in September, getting "gala treatment" along with Clooney's Michael Clayton. Hey, maybe a little red carpet time with Jakey will be all the former lovebirds need to rekindle that flame.

Apparently some Australian magazines are saying that Reese has hooked up with Vince Vaughn. I'm sure it goes back to the Us Weekly sighting of the two of them having lunch at the Polo Lounge, but generally that stuff starts in the UK or Australian and makes the rounds here. They said, "sparks flew".

I know some people think Reese dresses a bit conservatively but I love how classy she comes across. She inspires me as I think her looks are very "doable" and simply stylish.

Fabulous as usual ... unless it's from the horses' mouth (or in most cases their reps) I choose to just take everything with a grain of salt. I think the Ryan cheating was gossip and I think the Jake relationship was gossip. So much of Hollywood's supposed pairings are because people assume that since their out together or seen together that the only possible explaination is that their having sex. Friends of the opposite sex in Hollywood apparently can't exsist.

I like her plain and boring character. She's smart. You know when someone's smart and brave when they're so involved with everything in the industry as well as acting. It's savvy. Aniston, Reese, Barrymore, Jolie, Cox, Goldie Hawn, Sigourney Weaver, Namoi Watts and many more, all of these women are clever. They take control and work the industry. I think they deserve respect for pulling things off.
