A brand new trailer for New Moon is out, and it's airing in theaters this weekend before showings of Bandslam. The sneak peek at the upcoming film features a whole lot of Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart, with one quick look at Robert Pattinson. It also features Taylor discussing the physical changes his character undergoes, while not getting too heavy on the plot. So, tell us what you think of the new trailer — love it or leave it?

15I love this trailer, I think it looks awesome! The interview in there was kind of silly though. But I'm also kind of tired of people complaining about Jacob being in there too much. New Moon is meant to establish and form the relationship between BELLA and JACOB...and 'establish' the wolves for that matter. I think you'd be grateful for getting as much Edward as we are getting...

17when jacob turned into a wolf they laughed (terrible CGI effects I dont know how anyone suspends disbelief with that one), when they were at the party and Edward got all vampy they laughed. I laughed at any of the dialogue myself.
18Well, duh, there's a lot of Jacob because that's what the book was about. No offense to Edward, but yes, this book was about Jacob and Bella, for the most part. And, yes, they did almost kiss in the book, right before the phone rang at Bella's house and Jacob answered it. So everyone needs to calm down. There will be plenty of Edward in the next movies. Taylor worked hard for this, so let him enjoy his popularity.

30I'm not sure exactly what you people want? Do you want Rob to do all the press for the film and then get disappointed when he's not in the movie that much so that you can complain about that? I swear people just want to complain about stuff. For those of you who are obsessed with Rob, be happy that he's in this film as much as he is and that they expanded his role so you get more of him.

To be honest as someone who is a fan of the books, and after Twilight was one of the people on the Stephanie Meyers website discussing who would be good in these roles if a film was ever made, even I am sick of all of this.
Who cares who is dating whom? If you do care... why?

Who cares if Taylor is getting more press this go around... he's supposed to. He's the star this time.
If you don't like it don't see the movie, wait for the next two. Rob will be back and in all his glory.

32No Akasha and he should not do all of the press stuff, but they are excluding him more than they should be. He is still a main character in all 4 books ( I have read all 4 books more than once so I do know that much).

i have read all 4 books more than once too and it is not hard to notice that all of them are about edward and bella especially including new moon!! nearly in every page there is a longing for edward;even when she is talking with jacob she somehow reminisces edward;she lives and does all that dangerous stuff just to hear his voice...!
but all we get in these promotions&trailers is "summit lautner" and his buffed up body and memorised sentences(of course are thought him by the summit) and anti-chemistry non-happening non-existing chemistry between him and kstew...
i want more edward actually..that is my only problem
if Edward is not missing throughout the film, how will the reuniting scene in Volterra be so sweet!?!?!

#5 - jacob in Bella's room is when Jacob visits her @ night & tells her she knows what's going on, she just has to remember when they 1st met on the beach.

The book states clearly that he talks like he's from another time, the accent adds to the part. They are good actors. I cant want to see New Moon, it was my fav of the books, showed the most character depth, especially for Bella. I'm nervous tho, i hope the movie will portray that accurately.
42Edward will be MIA in most of the movie and that's because he is gone in the book. if edward would have been in the whole new moon movie there would have been no plot.
They are NOT good actors. Half the time he looks like shes annoying him to death. And not the 'its so hard for me not to bite you' kind of look..he just looks like hes repulsed.
Its one thing to sound like you are from another time..but to put on an accent that is from another continent just doesnt make sense.
43smiley, I have news for you, there would be no New Moon without Rob. I think he makes a perfect Edward. The movie would have bombed and the second would not have been made. Even summit admitted that. He was part of making it a success. There is alot of fans(besides me) out there that think he makes a great Edward too. Rob being in the parts he is in is what's going to safe this one from biting the dust too.
